Porn addiction is a quiet, but growing problem. It's estimated that at least 1 in 10 men deal with issues related to porn. The easy access to online porn and digital devices makes it a breeding ground for addiction. I've been there myself, and I've been in recovery for the last two years. That experience, along with my 7+ years working as an addiction counsellor in rehabs, gives me a unique understanding of how to help men struggling with porn addiction.
